Job Summary:
CareFirst Medical Group is looking for a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care to our patients. The RN will work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess patient needs and develop nursing care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition.
  • Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Current RN license in the state.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
  • Previous experience in a clinical setting, preferably in primary care or a similar environment.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

3. Medical Assistant

Job Summary:
CareFirst Medical Group is seeking a motivated Medical Assistant to support our healthcare team in delivering exceptional patient care. The Medical Assistant will perform both clinical and administrative tasks to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with patient intake, including taking vital signs and medical histories.
  • Prepare patients for examinations and assist physicians during procedures.
  • Administer injections and perform basic lab tests as needed.
  • Schedule appointments and manage patient records in the EHR system.
  • Handle billing and insurance claims processes.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in examination rooms and medical equipment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and their families.

Qualifications:

  • Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA) preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in Medical Assisting is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a medical office or clinical setting.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
